Cooking On The Couch: A Columbus Day Feast
NEW YORK (WLNY) -- It's Columbus Day, and here on The Couch we wanted to mark the holiday with a special meal that captures the spirit of 1492.
Chef Vic Rallo is the host of PBS' 'Eat Drink Italy,' and he runs two favorite Jersey Shore restauraunts: Basil T's Brewery & Italian Grill, as well as Undici Taverna Rustica. He joined us to prepare an "Old World" Italian meal, using many ingredients that were on the Nina, the Pinta and the Santa Maria.
