Cops: Mass. Teens Missing From NYC Field Trip Found Safe
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Two teens from Massachusetts who went missing in New York City during a field trip have been found.
Edgar Martes, 17, and Marcus Westbrook, 15, were last seen around 1:15 p.m. Monday in lower Manhattan. The two were spotted on surveillance video leaving the Century 21 Department Store on Cortlandt Street, police said.
The teens were part of a group from Springfield, Mass. that was in the city to visit the Ground Zero memorial.
Just before 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said the two had been found in good condition.
No other information was available.
