Here Come The Brides: Loehmann's Offers Deep Discounts On 'Grab The Gown' Day
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- It's "Grab the Gown" day at Loehmann's.
The Seventh Avenue store in Chelsea is offering deep discounts on wedding dresses Thursday.
Brides-to-be have more than 500 gowns to choose from. Some dresses that sell for over $10,000 at full retail price are being marked down to under $1,000.

The first customers on line were a married couple shopping for a "mermaid-style" dress for their daughter who lives in Atlanta, 1010 WINS' John Montone reported.
"I told her about the sale and I said I'll come down and see what I see and hopefully we get lucky," mother of the bride-to-be said.
The first bride to arrive came with her mother and best friend who will serve as offensive linemen, blocking other brides while she picks a gown.
