Jerry's Update
Jerry's Monday morning update began on a positive note after the Jets beat the Pats 30-27, just as Craig predicted they would.
We heard all sorts of postgame sound from both sides, as there was a lot to talk about after the manner in which the game concluded (the Pats were penalized 15 yards for unsportsmanlike before Nick Folk drilled a 42-yard game-winning FG). The call on the Pats was for pushing a teammate into the opponents' formation, wiping out the 56-yard miss by Folk and marking the first time the call was made in an NFL game, as the rule was instituted at the start of the season.
