Glen Cove Police and the Nassau County K-9 unit launched an investigation after finding two suspicious packages at the center on Saturday and six more on Monday.

"We had a prior incident at this location back in May where there was some drugs being sent to that location so we were kind of on the lookout for similar packaging coming through there," Police Lt. John Nagle told 1010 WINS.

When Doss and Windham came to pick up the packages on Monday, they were arrested and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana, police said.

Officers seized 150 pounds of marijuana valued at about $300,000, police said.
