Low Flying Plane To Cruise Up The Hudson River On Wednesday Morning

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- New Yorkers who see a low flying airplane along the Hudson River on Wednesday morning will have no need to panic.

On Tuesday the FAA announced that a commercial airbus A320 airliner would be conducting a ceremonial flight at around 7 a.m.

The plane will likely fly from the Verrazano Bridge towards the George Washington Bridge at an altitude of 2,000-ft, CBS 2 reported.

The plane will then head to Kennedy Airport for a ceremony.
