PHILADELPHIA (CBSNewYork/AP) — New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz briefly left Sunday’s game against Philadelphia and needed X-rays on his neck.

But he returned to the field in the fourth quarter.

The Giants went on to win the game 15-7. Cruz is New York’s top receiver and entered the game leading the team in catches and yards, and had four touchdowns.
