Boomer and Craig were both in attendance at the transformed Madison Square Garden last night to see the Knicks build a 22 point halftime lead over the Milwaukee Bucks and look dominant doing so.
Before this one ended though, the Bucks made things interesting — and by interesting I mean they took an 81-80 lead in the fourth quarter kind of interesting. In the end the Knicks did prevail by a score of 90-83 – a seven-point margin of victory – which certainly meant something to Craig, which is where today’s show began.
Craig explained why you should never wager on the NBA, advice he’s given before but apparently failed to adhere to himself.
Boomer offered up his early assessment of Mike Woodson’s team, hurling plenty of praise in the direction of Tyson Chandler and Pablo Prigioni.
Not to be left out, the Brooklyn Nets opened up their season with a road loss in Cleveland – so there’s that as well.
And oh yeah, the Red Sox won the World Series again…
