The note came after Bautista complained to the restaurant that they got her first lunch order wrong, Xirinachs reported.

Customers are stunned by the allegation.

"That's crazy, that's ridiculous," one man said.

"You're a customer service industry, you need to respect all your clients and treat everyone equally," another man said.

Police are investigating the incident as a possible bias crime.

WCBS 880 has reached out for comment from the restaurant.
