Report: Next Stop For Tim Tebow Could Be The Announcer's Booth

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Tim Tebow's NFL career appears to be over. The New England Patriots cut Tebow on August 31. Since then, Tebow's phone hasn't been ringing with offers from NFL general managers.

He has received offers from the Arena Football League to play for Gene Simmons' Los Angeles KISS -- and unusually from the Moscow Black Storm.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Tebow has hired "prominent broadcast agent" Nick Khan of Creative Artists Agency. Tebow is also represented by Jimmy Sexton.

The next move for Tebow could be the announcer's booth or the studio. Tebow's devoted fan base would surely give a ratings surge to any NFL or college football broadcast -- should he make the move to TV.

Tebow has thrown 17 touchdowns and nine interceptions in three NFL seasons as a member of the Denver Broncos and New York Jets.
