Former Girlfriend Sues New Jersey Powerball Winner

PATERSON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A New Jersey man who won a $338 million Powerball jackpot is being sued by his former girlfriend.

Pedro Quezada ended up walking away with more than $150 million when he was the sole winner of the multi-state lottery in March.

His former girlfriend of 10 years and mother of his child is now suing for half.

A judge has frozen the funds until the case is decided, but lawyers for the girlfriend said the lion's share of the money is already gone, including $20 million that is not accounted for.

Earlier this year, Quezada paid $30,000 to settle a child-support debt.
