As you know, Boomer is a big fan of the sport of hockey and has a torrid, life-long love affair with the New York Rangers.

With that said, if the Booms had his way we would talk a lot more hockey on the radio program.  Lucky for us though, in this scenario the Blonde Bomber does not get his way.  For the sake of the show’s ratings, Craig sees to it that the hockey talk is kept to a minimum. Because, well, ‘nobody cares about hockey.’

Anyway, that brings us to MSG play-by-play man Sam Rosen and his description of a reach-around attempt by Jaromir Jagr (pictured just prior to said reach-around), which took place during last night Devils-Rangers game.

After hearing Rosen’s call Craig suddenly had a desire to talk some hockey — funny how things work out sometimes…
