Linguini with turkey

1/2 spinach linguini
8 oz ground turkey
1tbsp tomato paste
1 cup tomato sauce
3 oz ricotta
2 oz parm cheese
3 oz white onion, chopped
2 oz olive oil
2 oz chopped parsley.

Cook pasta according to directions on package. In a sauce pan, add oil, onions and cook until onions are translucent on medium heat. Then add turkey.

Brown turkey and add salt and pepper. Add paste, and mix into pan. Add sauce and  let simmer for 5-10 minutes, add pasta to turkey mixture and stir all together. Serve with fresh ricotta and parsley.
