Stephanie & Tony’s Table: Frisee Salad

Frisee Salad


2 cups frisee

1 lemon, juiced

1 cup slice carrots

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved and seasoned with salt

1 egg, fried

Salt and pepper.


In a large bowl,combine frisee with carrots and tomatoes. Add lemon juice and toss all together, season with black pepper.

Top with fried egg and serve right away.
