Chicken & Broccolini
1 Chicken Breast
2 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Bunch Broccolini
1 tsp. Oregano
Red Pepper Flakes
½ c. Feta Cheese
Salt & Pepper.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil and lemon juice. Grill the chicken on medium heat with lemon slices on top until white in the middle.
Saute broccolini with oil, red pepper flakes and oregano for about 8 minutes, until broccolini is crispy.
Serve with chicken and top with feta.
