SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) – Investigators have released surveillance video of a person of interest in the “Baby Angel” case.

The cell phone video shows a woman outside the newborn’s funeral last month walking in and out of the church.

According to police, the Hispanic baby boy was killed and thrown in a dumpster outside of a Spring Valley deli on Nov. 12.

The remains were found in a black garbage bag at a recycling plant in Elmsford in Westchester County but traced back to Rockland County by a lottery ticket found in the bag.
