Craig deduced that today had an overall negative feel to it, spoken like a true Jets/Knicks fan — which is exactly what the poor guy is.

Between the Jets’ playoff hopes officially being dashed, the Knicks’ continued struggles and his own belief that Eli Manning should be benched for the Giants’ final two games of the season, Craigie’s deduction is a pretty accurate one.

Jerry Recco was on hand to elaborate on the Ravens’ 18-16 win over the Lions in Detroit which eliminated the Jets from postseason contention.  Before officially being eliminated, Rex Ryan spoke with the media and is confident that he should remain the Jets’ head coach. In other news, Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant offers an apology for leaving the field early Sunday against the Packers.

Plus, the Knicks’ debacle against the Wizards ends with a 102-101 loss and Mike Woodson takes the blame.  Joe Johnson goes off against the Sixers, leading the Nets to a 130-94 win, the Yanks reportedly agree to terms with free-agent second baseman Brian Roberts and Boomer is just happy that Craig is in our lives…
