NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police on Monday were searching for a suspect who ripped off a cellphone from a woman on a subway train in Brooklyn.
Around 2 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8, the male suspect went up to the 26-year-old woman on a southbound D Train at the Ninth Avenue station in Borough Park, Brooklyn, police said.
He took her cellphone, and fled, police said.
Police have released as surveillance photo of the suspect.
