‘Eating In Color’ Author Stops By The Couch To Talk About Flu Fighting Foods
NEW YORK (WLNY) — Everyone seems to either have the sniffles or a cough these days.
It seems inevitable this time of year, but one health expert says there are foods we can eat that will help fight against getting sick.
Frances Largeman-Roth, author of “Eating In Color,” stopped by The Couch to talk about some cold busting dishes including cold chaser citrus salad, roasted butternut squash soup, fennel and grapefruit salad with chamomile vinaigrette, tortilla soup with homemade chips and mustard green frittata.
