Mixologist Elayne Duff Shows Off Some Super Bowl Cocktails
NEW YORK (WLNY) -- Serve up more than just beer at your Super Bowl party this Sunday.
Mixologist Elayne Duff stopped by The Couch to show us how to make a White Ginger Mojito and a B&B (Black & Blue).
White Ginger Mojito
1.5 oz Captain Morgan White
6 leaves of mint
. 75 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Ginger Beer
Glass: Highball-
Garnish: Mint sprig/lime wedge
B&B (Black & Blue)
1.25 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
4 blackberries
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: 2 blackberries
Preparation: Place all the ingredients in the shaker, add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a blackberry.

1.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
0.75 oz. lemon juice
0.75 oz. simple syrup
8 - 10 basil leaves
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Basil Leaf
Passionate Punch (Serves 26)
3 cups Don Julio Blanco
3 cups Passion Fruit Juice
1 cup of Chilled Black Tea
1.5 cups lime juice
1.5 cups Agave nectar
Glass: Large Punch bowl
Garnish: Lime Wheels
Preparation: Combine all ingredients into a large punch bowl, stir well and add ice block and cut lime wheels floating on top. Serve drink over ice,
