After the switch, both managed to walk out of the facility undetected, police said.
Morillo was apprehended around 10:30 p.m. Thursday inside the Greyhound Bus terminal in Memphis, Tenn. He’ll be held there until his extradition.
His alleged accomplice was arrested Wednesday and faces charges of criminal impersonation and obstruction of governmental administration.
