After an action-packed weekend chock full of sports goodness, Jerry Recco delivered his well thought out, meticulously prepared sports update in an effort to get us all up to speed, starting with the Nets' 87-79  loss to the Raptors Sunday afternoon in Brooklyn, tying up their best of seven series at two games apiece heading back to Toronto for Game 5 Wednesday night.

The Clippers fell to the Warriors by a score of 118-97 amidst swirling controversy created by their owner Donald Sterling.  Rounding out the NBA, the Wizards downed the Bulls 98-89, the Blazers outlasted the Rockets 123-120 and Steve Kerr meets with Phil Jackson about the Knicks' vacant head coaching position.

Plus, we heard John Sterling get a little ahead of himself as the Yankees beat the Angels 3-2, the Yanks will welcome Robinson Cano and the Mariners to the Bronx for a three-game series starting Tuesday night, Mets shut out the Marlins behind Dillon Gee's gem and Boomer's beloved Rangers beat the Flyers 4-1 and take a 3-2 series advantage...
