Prompted by Craig’s blatant attempt to ‘push his buttons’ by wearing a sweatshirt paying homage to the Rangers’ 20-year Stanley Cup drought (pictured), Boomer issued a stern warning to the entire staff, letting us all know in no uncertain terms to tread lightly — very lightly.

Message received.

From there a visibly shaken Jerry Recco gave us the latest details from the Donald Sterling situation after the Clippers owner was given a lifetime suspension by new NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, before providing us with a complete NBA scoreboard, beginning with the aforementioned Clippers’ 113-103 win over the Warriors, giving them a 3-2 series lead.

The Grizzlies also took a 3-2 advantage after a 100-99 OT win over the Thunder and the Bulls were sent packing by the Wizards, as Washington prevailed 75-69 to advance to Round 2.

Plus, Robinson Cano and the Mariners ignored the boos to take down the Yankees 6-3 and the Mets shut down the Phillies 6-3.
