NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Three people – including two children – were injured Wednesday evening when a vehicle slammed into a KFC restaurant in the Bronx.
The accident happened Wednesday evening at the KFC at 3770 Boston Rd., at the junction with Baychester Avenue, officials told CBS 2.
One adult was taken to Montefiore Medical Center, and two children were taken to Jacobi Medical Center. All suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials said the restaurant sustained some structural damage, but video from the scene showed the building and all the windows were intact.
