As you can see by the photo, we had a pretty pumped-up Boomer Esiason in the Allstate Studio this morning as his beloved Rangers prepare to take on the Penguins in a winner-take-all Game 7 in Pittsburgh.

So that meant it was Craig’s job to ensure today’s program wouldn’t serve as a four-hour pregame show, a task he was more than up to.

After getting past the menacing look his radio partner was sporting this Tuesday morning, Craigie shifted the focus to the baseball diamond, specifically the one in the Bronx which hosted the first game of the 2014 Subway Series, and it was the Mets who drew first blood, winning a seesaw battle 9-7.

On  top of all of that, there was a playoff basketball gamer played in Brooklyn last night and it was the Heat who came out of top, taking a commanding 3-1 lead over the Nets.
