Brooklyn Man Accused Of Drunken Driving In Crash That Injured 2 In New Jersey

BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A Brooklyn man has been accused of drunken driving after he crashed his car in Bergen County, N.J., injuring two women.

According to police, 29-year-old Esaian Vazgen seriously injured a grandmother standing on the sidewalk when he jumped a curb in Moonachie.

She had been helping her 9-year-old granddaughter out of a parked car when the accident happened, CBS 2 reported.

The girl's mother was behind the wheel of the parked car and was also seriously injured.

Vazgen faces a long list of charges related to the crash.
