Cops: Man Died After Suffering Head Trauma At 'Mob Wives' Bar
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Police on Staten Island were investigating Sunday the death of a man they say suffered severe head trauma.
Police responded to a 911 call at around 3:30 a.m. at the Drunken Monkey Bar and Grill at 1205 Forest Ave in West Brighton. When officers arrived, they found the 46-year-old victim unconscious and unresponsive on the ground outside.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Drunken Monkey is home turf to bartender Angela Raiola, who stars in "Mob Wives."
No arrests have been made. Police are waiting to release the victim's name until his family has been notified.
