Stephanie & Tony’s Table: Pineapple Salad

Pineapple Salad:


1/2 fresh pineapple, cubed

1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped

1 avocado, peeled pitted and chopped

1/4 red onion, minced

1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped

1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped

1 lime, juiced

1 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper.


Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve chilled.
