Jerry's first update of the morning was put on hold briefly, as the 25th anniversary of the movie Batman's release date fast approaches (June 23, 1989) and needed to be discussed.

This made sense with Robert Wuhl sitting in for the Booms. Robert portrayed reporter Alexander Knox in the superhero action film, so there you have it.

As far as Jerry's contribution, the Yankees beat the Blue Jays again in the Bronx, this time by a score of 6-4, as they inch closer to the lead in the AL East and now trail Toronto by just 1.5 games.  We got to hear John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman describe bulging bases and of course the wildly popular 'OK John' segment.

Plus, Craig is gonna be playing some RBI Baseball with Orioles All-Star Adam Jones prior to Friday night's game between the Yanks and the O's in the Bronx, the Mets got a gem courtesy of Zack Wheeler and beat the Marlins 1-0, David Wright provided the only scoring with a long home run, Craig's 'mortgage lock' comes to fruition as the Tigers bested the Royals 2-1, Rex Ryan responds to claims that his playbook fell into the hands of the enemy, Pat Riley spoke on the Heat's future and a World Cup update leads to laughter...
