Police: Man Shot Dead In Staten Island
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are investigating after a 40-year-old man was shot to death in Staten Island on Sunday morning.
Police said they responded to a 911 call just after 5 a.m. in front of 367 Britton Avenue in Clifton and found the victim unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his head.
The man was transported to Staten Island North Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
There have been no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
