With the All-Star break behind us and the Major League Baseball season set to commence today, Boomer & Craig opened up this action-packed Friday edition of the Morning Extravaganza trying to forecast what might lie ahead for both the Mets and the Yankees.

As far as the now, Boomer is looking forward to the three-hour escape he will get while watching his beloved Mets take on the Padres tonight out in San Diego, while Craigie is wondering if the Yankees are still "the Yankees" when it comes to spending the money to get their man. He's also getting worried about Joe Girardi's job security.
