Monday’s show open started with the baseball from the weekend, as the Yankees finished off a sweep of the Reds in the Bronx, while the Mets dropped two of three out in San Diego.

Craig’s Yankee fandom was on full display as he was obviously thrilled with the weekend’s happenings.  Boomer on the other hand, he left the Allstate Studio with high expectations with regards to his beloved Mets on Friday morning, only to be let down — such is life as a Mets fan I suppose.

Football is getting closer, we know this because Rex Ryan is chirping. And despite two Super Bowl wins, according to Giants owner John Mara, Tom Coughlin has not earned the right to leave on his own terms.

All of that and Boomer is rocking a shirt with thumb holes…
