After a well-deserved extended summer vacation, the Dynamic Radio Duo that is Boomer & Carton were back at it this Monday morning, filling the Allstate Studio with their charm and wit.
The guys got things started with the return of the NFL, as the Giants kicked off the preseason with a 17-13 win over the Bills in the annual Hall of Fame game in Canton. Boomer liked what he saw from the Giants, who despite being without David Wilson, looked pretty impressive in the running game thanks in large part to rookie Andrew Williams and Rashad Jennings.
As for the baseball, the Mets continue to struggle scoring runs, while the Yankees face a stiff test with a three game set with the Tigers in the Bronx.
So with Boomer and Craig back where they belong, all is once again right in the world...
