Police Seek Suspect In Attempted Robbery Of Queens Woman
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police are on the hunt for a man who they said tried to rob a 65-year-old woman in Queens.
Investigators said the woman was standing at the corner of 130th Street and 109th Avenue when the man came from behind and pushed her to the ground, CBS 2 reported.
Police said he tried to grab her purse, but didn’t get it, causing the woman to hit her head on the sidewalk.
The victim suffered swelling and bruising to her head.
