Cops: Brooklyn Men Disrupted Service On Jersey City Bound PATH Train

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) -- Three Brooklyn men are accused of disrupting service on a PATH train.

The train had left Hoboken for Jersey City when Port Authority of New York and New Jersey police say 24-year-old Francisco Lopez, 32-year-old Shawn Santiago and 28-year-old Ray Foreman created a disturbance. The train stopped for 10 minutes after the conductor and motorman feared Lopez and Santiago had tried to jump off.

Police say Lopez kicked the conductor's door and would not follow directions.

Police charged Lopez with disorderly conduct and interference with transportation. Santiago is charged with interference with transportation and breach of peace. Foreman is accused of having an open container of alcohol.
