Surf, Coastal Flooding Advisories Along Coast As Wind, Rain Sweep Across Tri-State Area

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Rain and winds sweeping across the Tri-State area Thursday could pose some trouble along the coast.

Not to mention it's Derek Jeter's final home game at Yankee Stadium tonight.

CBS 2 Meteorologist John Elliott said if you're planning on going to the game, bring a poncho.

The National Weather Service has issued a high surf advisory until 6 p.m. Thursday for the Jersey shore.
