Police: Woman Keyed Car In Massapequa, Caused $4,000 In Damage

MASSAPEQUA, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- The search continues for a woman who keyed a Mercedes-Benz in a Massapequa, Long Island parking lot – causing $4,000 in damage.

The victim, a woman, was entering the Uncle Giuseppe's parking lot at 37 Hicksville Rd. in Massapequa, around 4:55 p.m. Sept. 17, when she got into a quarrel with the suspect, Nassau County police said.

The victim proceeded to park her 2014 white Mercedes-Benz and enter the store, police said.

When she got back, she found that both the front and rear driver's side doors were keyed, causing an estimated $4,000 in damage, police said.

Video surveillance showed the suspect in action, police said.

The suspect was described as a white woman between the ages of 35 and 45.
