In his final home game at Yankee Stadium, Derek Jeter hit a walk-off single in the ninth inning to put a perfect bow on what was an illustrious and iconic career in the Bronx.
But another member of the shortstop's family is getting some love on Friday.
It may have gotten lost in the moment, but after Jeter won the game for the Bombers, the cameras caught his little nephew tipping his "Re2pect" cap.
It looks like Jalen has learned a thing or two about how to be cool, calm and collected from his uncle.
What makes this all the more awesome? It wasn't the first time that Jalen tipped his cap at a big-league ballpark.
