Police Investigating Possible Abduction In Wallkill, NY

WALLKILL, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for a man who possibly abducted a woman in Orange County.

Surveillance video captured a man at a gas station buying drinks in Wallkill.

The owner told police a woman outside tapped on the window and told the clerk she was being held against her will, CBS 2 reported.

Police said the suspect then forced the woman into a tan or gold pickup truck and drove off east on Route 17M.

The man is described as white, approximately 40 years old, 6'3" tall with brown hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a red shirt and a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and a black hat, police said.

The woman is described as approximately 20 years old, white, with light brown hair and a black and white shirt.

Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call Town of Wallkill police at (845) 692-6757.
