Knicks Sign Australian Center Jordan Vandenberg
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — The 'Bockers have added a big man.
The New York Knicks signed center Jordan Vandenberg on Thursday.
The 7-foot-1 Australian, an undrafted free agent, averaged 2.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 9.9 minutes in two games for New York's entry in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.
Last season at North Carolina State, he averaged 4.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.41 blocks and 22.1 minutes in 32 games.
