Mock Crime Scene To Be Set Up In Union Square All Day Thursday
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- If you see crime scene tape and emergency responders in Union Square on Thursday, do not be alarmed – it's not real.
Between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday, a mock crime scene with an emergency response will be set up on the south Plaza of Union Square Park, the city's Office of Emergency Management said in a tweet.
The NYPD will be on site, the OEM said.
The OEM did not indicate which television series is setting up the fake crime scene.
