Queens Man Sentenced To Prison For Beating Wife To Death
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) - A Queens man has been sentenced to 161/2 years in prison for beating his wife to death with a baseball bat.
District Attorney Richard A. Brown says 57-year-old Isaiah Smith of Queens Village was sentenced Thursday.
He pleaded guilty to manslaughter in September.
Tiffany Pettiford was attacked in their home on June 8, 2010. She was 28.
