Police: Burglar Has Struck 10 Times In East Village

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Monday were asking for help from the public in finding a man wanted in connection with 10 burglaries in the East Village that happened between July and October.

In each incident, the suspect entered residences through windows and took electronic goods, police said.

The incidents happened on July 25, Aug. 5, Aug. 14, Aug. 22, Sept. 19, Oct. 6 and Oct. 15. In some instances, multiple burglaries happened within one day, police said.

Police did not specify the addresses where the burglaries happened, but said they were all in the Ninth Precinct – which is composed of the East Village.

Police have released surveillance photos of the suspect.
