New 'Perfectly Fit' Calvin Klein Ads Spark Outrage On Twitter

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- Popular designer Calvin Klein has come under fire for displaying a size 10 model in ads for the 'Perfectly Fit'  underwear line.

The ads sparked ire on Twitter with many outraged at the idea that the company would use a size 10 to represent plus sized women.

"To me that's not really a plus sized woman. She doesn't look that big to me. That doesn't look like a plus sized woman, no not even close," Anthony Lucas told 1010 WINS' Glenn Schuck.

Model Myla Dalbesio appeared in the new campaign and said she has been getting nothing but positive feedback.

"I'm getting these emails from like 15-year-old girls that say 'thank you so much, I've never seen myself represented in this way before,'" she said during an appearance on The Today Show.

One woman told WINS' Schuck that she doesn't see the need for the term 'plus size' anyway.

According to Calvin Klein the term 'plus size' was never used, and the 'Perfectly Fit' line was meant to be more inclusive.
