Virtual Fitting Room Debuts At Staten Island Mall

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A trip to Staten Island may change the way you shop by using new technology.

EShakti.com debuted its virtual fitting room at the Staten Island Mall in New Springville Sunday.

The site promises to find you clothing that fits perfectly according to your measurements.

"Women basically get with the 3D photography, they can get an avatar made with their height, weight, shape, body…made to measure clothing once that avatar is created," Christine Bibbo Herr with NYCpretty.com said.

Three-dimensional measurements and avatar creation at eShakti's virtual fitting room are free seven days a week at the mall.
