11/27 CBS2 Thanksgiving Morning Weather Headlines

By Mark McIntyre Jr, CBS2 Meteorologist

Good morning all, and Happy Thanksgiving! Well, the storm that affected the entire area yesterday is just about history-- and just in time! Things will start off on a cold note this morning and should be mainly dry across the area. If you're heading to the Parade in the city, you'll definitely want to bundle up as temperatures will only be in the mid/upper 30s with a light breeze. Other than that, we're lookin' good!

There could be a few flurries this afternoon mainly north/west of the city, but otherwise, expect partly sunny skies with a high around 40 (about 10 below average). Certainly a perfect day to enjoy a Thanksgiving feast, family, friends and football!

Tomorrow will be a cold one as well, with morning lows in the low/mid 20s outside the city. Take note, early morning Black Friday shoppers: only warming up into the mid/upper 30s tomorrow!

The weekend looks much better in comparison to yesterday and today. A few clouds Saturday and a bit warmer in the low 40s, and Sunday we take a nice jump in the temps department into the low 50s.

Have a great Thanksgiving, everybody!
