Police: Motorcyclist Killed In Accident On West Side Highway
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A motorcyclist was killed on the West Side Highway in a chain reaction crash, police said Saturday night.
Police tell CBS2 the motorcyclist was traveling southbound when it hit the median near 79th Street, a car then came by and struck him.
The man was thrown into the northbound lanes, police said.
Because of the incident, there are major delays in both directions on the West Side Highway.
