12/18 CBS2 Thursday Afternoon Weather Headlines

By Justin Lewis, CBS2 Meteorologist

It will remain breezy this afternoon with periods of sun and clouds. As for temps, they'll struggle in the low and mid 40s with a cooler air mass in place; wind chills will stay in the 30s for the most part.

We'll kick off tomorrow in the low 30s ... only in the low 40s by day's end. And you'll still feel the presence of a breeze ... wind chills ranging from about 25 degrees at sunrise to 35+ in the afternoon. The good news is skies will be mostly sunny much of the day.

We're still hanging on as we head into Saturday, though we'll see some more clouds late in the day into the night. For Saturday night into Sunday, we'll continue to watch a system to our south, but at this point it's looking like we'll only be grazed by some rain/snow showers as best.
