12/22 CBS2 Monday Evening Weather Headlines

Hi, everyone.

Cloudy and a little damp is the way around here.  Don't expect too much to change over the next few days as far as sky cover is concerned.

As temps go, we're on the rise!  We climb into the 50s tomorrow and peak near 60 degrees on Wednesday.  The rain will be fairly heavy at times; it'll be on the windy side, too.

I don't see it reaching advisory status, but we'll have to wait and see how close the low gets to the coast.  There could be some freezing rain during the colder overnight hours Tuesday into Wednesday, but it would be over bridges and the coldest of spots.

C'mon, we have temps in the 50s!  Friday is actually a beautiful winter's day with highs near 50 under ample sun.  Check back in soon for an update on rain totals and a timeline.
