Morning everyone!

Hope you're having a good day so far! It's cold out there for sure.

The day starts dry, but by the afternoon snow arrives. It intensifies overnight as it blossoms over the ocean, and really packs a punch for the folks living up in New England.

We are on the fringes of the storm. Montauk is closest to the big totals. See the map for more specifics.

Sunday morning will be brutally cold! A high wind warning was issued for gusts near 60 mph.

There are winter weather alerts issued around the area.
